Many Euro pallets have already clocked many years of service. They have travelled all through Europe and have transported a great variety of goods. And, they look like it too. Therefore, anyone sending high-quality or sensitive goods protects them with a paper layer. The danger with conventional pallet changers is that the paper will slip during the pallet change and cause a paper jam in the system.
In contrast, our slip sheet holder uses suction to hold the paper firmly during the pallet change. Hence, it remains reliably where it is, while the goods are being packed on a new pallet. That way, even the corners and edges lie securely on the protective paper. In addition, if the goods are to be protected by a coversheet, then our integrated coversheet applicator places it on the goods or alternatively pallet. Hence, the pallet change is carried out without problems even with sensitive goods.
One of our Norwegian customers recognised these benefits: The pharmaceutical firm ordered multiple pallet changers with slip sheet holders. That is because clean transport plays an important role for medication.
