For an efficient logistics center in Asia, the customer relies on high-quality technology from Baust: reliable, fully automatic pallet changers that can handle 60 pallet changes per hour were required. In intensive dialogue with the customer, we created four PW 6000 pallet changers precisely to their individual requirements.
Because that is our speciality: identifying customer-specific requirements and developing the optimum solution with our wide-ranging modular system and many years of experience. In a highly professional collaboration with the project team in Asia, we defined milestones and made adjustments in line with the schedule of the major project. Our customer was very satisfied at the factory acceptance test in Langenfeld.

We then packed the four large machines well and sent them to Asia. It’s a good thing that our shipping department is so experienced in dealing with customs clearance and all the formalities for overseas transport! Soon our commissioning engineers will also be making their way to Asia to install the PW 6000 on the construction sites. When everything is ready, the machines will be integrated into a large, fully automated logistics system where they will reliably achieve high throughput rates for many years to come.
