On the one hand, the side walls have to be gripped firmly so that the flexible tower doesn’t topple during the change; on the other hand, the highly stacked rolls should naturally not be crushed.
We were quickly able to convince a French customer with our PW 500-Inline pallet changer. It exchanges the pallets containing kitchen rolls 40 to 60 times per hour for any other type of pallet. The product is optionally changed from Euro pallets to plastic pallets for the hygiene sector, or smaller Düsseldorf pallets for supermarkets, or disposable pallets for transport outside Europe. It simplifies the logistics enormously. And the users are thrilled by our robust and easy-to-operate PW 500-Inline, the automated pallet changer with a clamping process.
