Pallet changing with the PW 1000
A particular feature of the PW 1000 is the simplicity of its pushing method. The exchange procedure begins with the loading of the changer with the empty and then full pallet using a pallet truck. The employee then instigates the change procedure via the PW 1000 control panel. The load which is secured from 3 sides is then pushed by the frame to the empty pallet. Both pallets are removed after the frame has returned to its original position. Further advantage: The PW 1000 is a standard pallet changer that can be installed single-handedly.
