Tilting into the corner

The PW 800 C from Baust closes the gap between the PW 800 E and PW 800. Due to the diagonal tilting process by 90 – 120° into the corner, the PW 800 C does not need side walls. Ideal for space-saving and ergonomic repalletising of loads such as cardboard boxes, sacks or barrels. A special feature of all tilting pallet changers is the ergonomic handling of both the loaded and the empty pallet close to the floor.

Pallet changing with the PW 800 C

If there is little space available and different pallets and loads (also in poor condition) are to be handled ergonomically close to the floor, the PW 800 C from Baust is the ideal choice. The load is enclosed only from above and then tilted backwards by 90 to 120° into the corner. The empty pallet automatically swings back to floor level and can be exchanged for the new pallet by pallet truck. The new pallet is swung up again and then tilted back with the goods. This eliminates the need to lift and handle pallets by hand, which makes the PW 800 C user friendly. The PW 800 C is operated automatically with the necessary safety technology. Pallet changing using the tilting method could not be more convenient.
